Our Salary Review system is designed to ensure all Impalans are rewarded and recognised for the hard work they’re putting in.
We keep conversations about performance and pay separate because they distract from one another and they both deserve space and proper consideration.
Our Formula
We have a consistent and fair salary + payrise formula, which calculates the % increase to salary you'll receive for your payrise. It's designed specifically around being fair, objective and consistent across key multipliers (Performance, Values Demonstration, and Professional Development.).
We ensure base salaries are always fair and transparent, and the formula adds on top of that. We share base salaries with the entire team to promote fairness and transparency further.
We also don’t want Impalans to have to focus only on climbing the ladder in order to get a better salary, we want Impalans to be able to focus on developing mastery of their skills and be constantly learning - so our reward structure is based around this.
