Lots of Impalans are passionate about physical fitness and mental wellbeing! They tend to post fitness tracker data, workout videos/routines, and more in #impala-wellness.

Toward this end, we have recurring meditation groups! Currently, there are two different groups meeting on a weekly basis to help encourage and keep each other accountable.

We also have clubs on Strava if you fancy tracking and beating personal bests!
